Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and time-bound nature of astrology consultations, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Once a consultation is booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
However, we understand that emergencies or unforeseen situations may arise:
- If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, please inform us at least 12 hours in advance.
- We will be happy to reschedule your session once, without any extra charge.
- No-shows or cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice will be considered completed and non-refundable.
Incorrect Booking or Payment Issues
If you believe there was a technical error during the booking or you were charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately. We will review your case and resolve the issue promptly, including issuing a refund if applicable under exceptional circumstances. If approved, your amount will be processed and credited within 7-10 business days.
